SEAA: 5k gold for Kate & 3 other medals

Club athletes won four medals at the Southern U20 & senior championships at Chelmsford. Kate O’Neill added Southern senior 5k gold to her Essex title & Alicia Fairmaner, Matthew Agnimel and Taylor Newell also won medals. Steph Okoro achieved a European U20 400mH qualifier in Germany. --> REPORT ​

YDL U13/U15s 2nd at scorching Kingston

Havering AC young athletes finished second to league leaders and hosts Croydon at a sweltering Kingsmeadow track in their third-round fixture on Sunday. The team are second in the table with one match left.--> REPORT RESULTS

Fifth place in Eton top of the table SAL

The Havering Southern Athletic League team had to settle for fifth at Eton on Sunday. It was the best the shorthanded team could hope for in this Division 1 top of the table clash against three clubs who won their first-round matches. -->  REPORT & RESULTS
