Five medals at shambolic SEAA Champs

The return of athletics to Crystal Palace proved to be a step too soon as problems caused Saturday's action to overrun by more than two hours, at the South of England Championships. Third for NAL team at Chelmsford opener

Havering’s seniors started their National Athletics League campaign with a third-place finish at Chelmsford on Saturday as the hosts were comfortable winners and Havering got the better of Blackheath & Bromley for third place.
