U18s silver in National Relay Champs

Five club all-rounders excelled for the Essex Schools team at the English Schools Combined Events Championships at Bedford. Amy Mansell & Oma Nwapa were 13th & 16th in the senior girls heptathlon, Ome Nwapa  18th in the Inter equivalent, Josh Buxton 20th in the Inter Octathlon and Abigail Adegite 11th in the junior pentathlon. --> REPORT & RESULTS

Four medals at Essex XC Relays 

The winter season got off to a winning start as club teams lifted three titles and were runners up in another at the Essex Cross Country Relay took place at Chingford on Saturday. There were golds for the senior men & women, and the U16 Boys, and silver for the U18 Men. -->  REPORT & RESULTS

Eight in Essex Inter Counties action

Eight club youngsters did the club proud as they all achieved top three finishes for the Essex team at the South of England Inter Counties Championships at Kingston on Sunday. --> REPORT

EYAL Team second in Top 6 Final

Havering’s young athletes ended their club season in style with a brilliant second place finish in the EYAL Top 6 Final on Sunday. Hosts and league champions Chelmsford won, while Havering comfortable beat league runners up SS Athletics/Enfield for second.
