Essex 20: James gold - Gary M55 bronze
James Connor added to his medal tally as he won the Essex 20 Mile Championships in a new career best at a chilly Debden Airfield on Sunday as Gary Atkins won M55 bronze. Four of the club university members were also in action on the roads --> REPORT

English Schools: Fred's 4th wins vest
Freddie Rowe was again the pick of the bunch of the three club athletes who proudly represented the Essex Schools’ team at the English Schools Cross Country Championships at the Ardingly Show Ground, Sussex on Saturday. His fourth place finish won him an English Schools team international vest. --> REPORT

CAU: Rebecca silver, Kate 6th, Fred 9th
There were good results from the six club athletes at the Inter Counties Cross Country Championships held on Saturday in sunny and warm conditions at the undulating parkland course at Wollaton Park, Nottingham. Rebecca O'Rourke won para silver, Kate O'Neill was sixth in the women's race and Freddie Rowe ninth for the U17M. --> REPORT

Essex & Eastern Indoor: 17 medals
Club athletes were in medal winning action at the two-day Essex and Eastern Indoor Championships at Lee Valley bringing home 17 medals, five of them gold. Chloe Williams (SW 60mH), Isaac Ogunlade (SM 400m), Cassie Campbell (U20W 200m, Alicia Fairmaner (U20W LJ) & Millie Cook (U15G 800m) struck gold. -->
