SAL Team battle for points at Eton

Havering’s Southern League team found the going tough against strong opposition at Eton on Sunday & despite the best efforts of the small team came sixth. The club have it all to do at the halfway stage of the season & need good results in the last two fixtures to avoid dropping back to Division 2.  --> REPORT

Cross Country Awards evening

The club honoured our cross country performers (a little later than usual!) at the annual Cross Country Awards evening held on Friday.  Overall best performance awards again went to Freddie Rowe and Kate O'Neill, and Pete Werner received the Services to Cross Country Award for the third time-->  REPORT

25 medals at Essex Schools Champs

There were an impressive 25 podium places for club athletes at Saturday’s Essex Schools Championships held in warm but breezy conditions at Chelmsford. With six athletes achieving National Standards, to add to three others from seniors the club is hoping for up to nine members to be in the high-quality Essex English Schools Championship team. --> REPORT & RESULTS

Big win for EYAL youngsters at Watford

The Eastern Young Athletes League team had a comfortable win in their second fixture at Watford on Sunday, finishing over 200 points clear and coming top in four of the six age groups, with only the Under 18s hit by absences. --> REPORT  RESULTS
