Joel breaks U17/U20M 100m record

Joel Ajayi took over two-tenths of a second off his previous best to twice improve the club Under 17 and Under 20 Men’s 100m club record at the Be Fit Today Track Academy Open in perfect conditions at Lee Valley yesterday--->  REPORT

Spring Warm Up - Sunday 7th April

Club athletes got their summer season underway as the club hosted their annual curtain raising event the Spring Warm Up Open at Hornchurch on Sunday as over 200 athletes, half of them from the home club, competed in the very gusty conditions which made life difficult.--->  REPORT  RESULTS

Essex Road Relays: Gold, silver, bronze

Club senior teams won gold, silver and bronze at the Essex & Suffolk Road Relay Championships as the effects of Storm Kathleen made life difficult for the runners and did their best to disrupt proceedings at a very windy Colchester Leisure Park on Sunday.  ---> REPORT

Great results in Brentwood Half

Havering athletes ran superbly at the Baker’s Brentwood Half Marathon on Sunday as their top four runners made the top 15, which was easily good enough to lift the team prize, while club record holder Lauren Reed made the top 20 and was first female home in a race with over 1800 finishers. ---> REPORT
